Sam, wee Margot and I made an early (like 7am early - see above picture) morning trip to Kempton Racetrack for the renowned antiques fair that takes place there. It was well worth the getting up early; fascinating stalls to rummage through and some excellent little finds, including a 19th Century French family's photo album, which I bought for Dandy, making me think as it did of his amazing work.
