I got a healthy dose of the AA employee 'tude in the Carnaby Street store the other day. I didn't realise it had travelled across the pond from NY.

i never cease to be impressed with the cuntiness of AA employees. they are like the queen's guards. no matter how pleasant or cute you are, they maintain the same sneer. i bet if you set off a bomb in the middle of the store, they would just glare at the blazing inferno with condescension until the smoke from the flames finally took their lives.
